I recently purchase a item from a seller and evidently his account has been removed due to suspicious activity . Having paid for the item already and with no shipping information available and absence of seller . How does one get a refund or solve and issue like this ?

Sometimes, in cases like this, eBay would have already refunded your money.  You can check your PayPal account to see if this has happened.

 

Otherwise, there will be an expected delivery date for your item in My eBay >> Purchase History, and on the day after the item is supposed to have been delivered you can then file an Item Not Received claim (assuming it hasn't arrived).

When a seller has been removed @scott_mosely you can immediately request a refund: There is no estimated delivery date -- you can confirm this by looking at the top of your Order Details page. Back on your purchases page, click I would like to  > I didn't receive it on the right-hand side, then follow the instructions.
