I purchased the Kaspersky program from eBay.

But the item number was deleted and I can not contact the seller.

Did I get cheated?

There was some problem with the sale, it could be many things.  Go to Paypal, NOT eBay, and file an Item Not Received case, then follow their procedure.  You will get a refund.

If you used paypal check your transactions, most likely you will see a charge and an immediate automatic refund transaction. At least that's what happened to me recently in a situation like yours.

PS: It's none of my business of course but kasperksy company is known to have ties with russian spy agency and they even admitted sending any kinds of files including documents from user pc to their servers

I don't believe you have any buyer protections on a digitally delivered item.
