I bought two seperate listings, which were vape liquids from the same seller. Each listing was the exact same brand ( JUUL ) but different flavors.
I received them and they both turned out to be counterfeit, as I have been buying them to quit smoking for the last year. I requested a refund for both of them. I got an instant refund for one of them but not for the other and I was confused.
Anyways this really confused me as both of the listings were the exact same product but I only got a refund for one and me being not tech-savy I just thought the other refund was pending or taking longer. Today I checked and apparently he wanted me to return it which is really weird because he gave me a refund for one and they were both the same brand and product and I saw that he wanted me to return it and the return case has already closed because I didnt see it.
What can I do now? I am stuck with a counterfeit product that I cant use and no refund. He only gave me a refund for one of them but both listings were the exact same product and he wanted me to return the other which confused me as I am not good with technology.
Can I still return it?

Also forgot to mention, the item has dissapeared from my purchase history after the return closed because I didn't return it since I didn't see it, so I can't do anything.

Not that this is a answer to your question about the return but just a quote from my late father. He quite smoking 2 packs a day and drinking on the same day. When people would ask him what he used to quit he would always say will power. He said having an addictive personality there was no use in switching addiction from one substance to another, you just have to decide to do it and then do it. His motivation was the doctor telling him he would NEVER see me grown up and NEVER walk me down the aisle if he didn't quit smoking and drinking. He walked out of the office leaving his cigarettes behind and never took another drink or smoked another cigarette.
In 1982 he walked me down the aisle.
