For parts not working

I recently sold a radio 'listed for parts not working' through the Global shipping program. The buyer then opened a case saying it was not as described ! it must have started working!

How can Ebay side with the buyer and force me to give the money back?

not only that I was left high and dry to try and arrange postage back from Italy

I need it back as even for spares its worth over £200

Ebay has let me down badly and I am getting nowhere with customer service, I have been passed from pillar to post then put through to Ebay Italy then nothing.

what can I do? I am out £220 and no way of getting it back as the buyer wont send and let me pay.

Sorry, but per eBay, "that's the cost of doing business on eBay". Sellers have no protection against Not as Described claims.  And if the buyer won't cooperate, eBay won't force the issue.

Reason #1 why I don't ship to foreign countries.
