Where is the package I handed the mail carrier? It had tracking with first class postage that I printed myself and and put on a half manilla 8×6 envelope. I tape the label around the edges and down halfway as to not cover the barcode. Then I take it to a local drop off/pick up only location. Done it hundreds of times. Why is it that the first time I hand it to a mail carrier its nowhere to be seen on the tracking history? Its not on ebay and not on USPS website. I'm not trying to be rude but please, an answer pertaining to my question of where my package is or what happend to it would be really helpful. I am signed up for text and emails and anything else there is. I also made a claim for missing mail. Now the USPS tracking number had become invalid. Great! Very frustrating! I am seriously so close to walking away from ebay.
Oh heres 1 more question:
Why is ebay allowing buyers to return items for no reasons at all? Changed their mind. Thats a reason for a return. Really it comes down to is a buyer can purchase from you do as they wish with your item, give you a broken or different item, and return it back for a full refund. Wow! What a joke. Their wont be an ebay if their are no sellers. There wont be any sellers because ebay doesnt give to craps about them.

If your customer is not filing a complaint, then the most logical answer is that your package was delivered to your customer. (And there is some error with your tracking number).

Some of your listings say "30-day free returns" ... on those listings, it is you (not eBay) that is allowing buyers to return items for no reason at all. And, yes, "changed their mind" is a reason for a return.
On your listings that say "no returns", then a buyer cannot return it for any reason, but only if the product doesn't match the item description OR you allow it.

A manila envelope would not qualify as a first class parcel. If you printed a label using first class parcel criteria and slapped it on a dainty manila envelope, it was quite possibly destroyed. If that happened, it’s possible USPS May have repackaged the item for you under a different tracking number. But you’ll probably need to follow up with your PO.

Did the mail carrier give you a receipt? If not, maybe he stole it. I never ship anything without getting a receipt, even if it means driving to the post office and waiting in line.
