First class international shipping to NZ

Hi 

I was wondering how long does it take to get a letter/parcel from Orlando to New Zealand using first class international, it was shipped at least 8 days ago and hasn't arrived. What is the process for usps shipping. I live in NZ so I don't know how usps works and how long it will take. I don't have a tracking number. 

Just worried it might of got lost.

I've never sent USPS 1st Class International to New Zealand, but to most destinations in Europe 10 days to 2 weeks is what I've seen, but 3 weeks happens now and then.  Customs alone can be several days.

Try to get the tracking number from the seller.  New Zealand is a USPS Delcon country, which means 1st Class International is tracked fully to the destination address.

Thanks for your reply, the seller won't give me tracking number. 

They said it could take 6 - 20 days

Especially with covid and flights etc
