First class changes?

With all of these changes, will I still be able to ship First Class?

On July 9th the shipping of "packages" will be called "Ground Advantage", and will ship at the current rates up to 15.99 oz. (until the next increase)

"Letters", and "large envelopes" (flats) will still be 1st Class, but same as now there will be no eBay shipping labels for such.

The sample shows a 4 ounce package to L.A. will be @ $9, does that sound right?

The online prices for postage up to 15.99 ounces will not change; the cost to ship 4 ounces to Zone 8 is $4.13.  I don't know what "sample" you're referring to, but Ground Advantage is not available yet, so you are probably seeing the cost to ship 1 pound via Parcel Select Ground.
