Hi,
When did we loose the 15.99 oz commercial pricing on First class mail?
I have called ebay and even stamp.com and they still have this 15.99 rule shown but all of my listings over 13oz (14oz to 15.99oz) charge some crazy ridiculous price for shipping.
So this is either a error w ebay or is USPS blocking it?
THansk for your help

RETAIL First Class only goes to 13 oz.
If you want to list with COMMERCIAL rates and weights up to 15.99 oz, you need to offer the discounted rate through your Shipping Preferences
My eBay>>Account>>Site Preferences>>Shipping preferences
Offer carrier-specificdiscounts for buyers
Edit
Offer eBay negotiated discount rates
USPS Discounted

I'm assuming you are using calculated shipping? If so, change listings to a flat rate shipping price ($5, $4, $5.50), but keeping it 1st class where appropriate. You won't have to put a weight in. When you purchase a label, the 15 oz still works (you can't use decimals).
Calling ebay does nothing. Calculated shipping in listings are having, and have been, problems for many moons (off & on).

Last question, How do you fix it so when the package exceeds 15.99oz on multiple item purchases so that it will automatically role up to Priority mail and drop off First class mail so it doesn't give a bogus rate like what were getting here.
Example on a box that is just under 2 lbs, it still give the consumer a ridiculous bogus First class rate and the average consumer doesn't know to select Priority Mail. Before it would just automatically drop FCM and role up to PM
US $10.38 for quantity 2 Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Package®)
US $7.67 for quantity 2 Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail®)

I ship with a flat price to all customers... taking the actual cost and rounding up to the next whole dollar. That's what I enter as I list each item.
Yesterday, I printed a label for 15.9 oz., First Class package. I entered 1# in the weight and selected 'First Class'... my label defaulted to read 15.9 oz., and I was charged the correct rate.

Or enter the weight as 13 ounces, since the online postage cost for a 13-ounce package is the same as for 15.99 ounces.

Online postage cost for a 15.9-ounce FC package goes from $4.94 to $5.53 depending on zone. Do you round up to $5 or to $6? And how is this better or easier than using calculated shipping?
