First Class Package Limits

I have a bubble mailer (with contents) that would be considered a pacakge. The dimensions are 14.5 x 9.5 x 1 and weighs 14 oz. Ebay shipping calculator is giving me First Class Mail as an option, but I thought these dimensions were too large for  first class mail? Help? Thanks in advance.

USPS First Class mail has three categories: Letters, flats (AKA Large envelopes) and packages. As explained in the other post, your package is well within the size allowance for First Class packages.
