Has anyone else noticed that if you use Firefox and try to print labels they are not printing correctly? I was told by the post office that they are not able to scan the tracking numbers that I printed using Firefox, they have to hand enter the tracking number. I switched to using Safari to print my labels until Firefox fixes this problem. This has been going on for the last few weeks to my knowledge.

I have had no issues with Firefox printing labels. (shipping multiple items daily)
Not sure why the post office would suggest a certain browser since there really is no way to tell how it was printed. Maybe they were trying to help and trouble shoot the issue for you?
A lot of the times if you use clear tape over the label, it can wrinkle and make the scanning difficult. Not sure if that is the case or not.
Not sure if this would be helpful or not. Try downloading the label to your computer. For me if i do that i can open each file with a pdf viewer and print from their. Also i keep the downloaded files in a folder for reference. (if something happens where i can not get info on Ebay)
Also maybe clear your cache and see if there are any updates on your browser.
Good luck and happy selling.

This is a problem using a MAC and Firefox V103. There is a bug ticket open to have this fixed as soon as possible.
Either use another browser, or save the file and print outside of Firefox.
