I have a package that was shipped through UPS. The buyer received a box that was damaged and had been taped up. I have tried to file a claim with UPS but I keep getting a message that I have to have the account number associated with the label. I don't where to get this number. This happened several months ago and I spent an hour on the phone with eBay and no one could tell me how to handle this. I went into the UPS Store and they were no help. Could someone please tell me where to get this account number? I did sign into my UPS account but that is where I get the message that my account isn't associated with the label. Any advice is appreciated.

In order to file a claim for UPS w/o an associated account number you have to call them.

Thanks for the response. I did that on the last one UPS did sent some papers for me to fill out and I did everything they asked but then the "decision" was sent to the account holder.
