Fex Ex Calculator problem is apparently my problem, ebay won't refund or back sellers for tech

Fed Ex & Ebay are having technical diffuculties, big surprise.  However this time it is costing real money to all Ebay sellers who use Fed Ex.  I was only paid 12.50 for dress that will cost 25.50 to ship.  Customer service said they would take note.  Absolutly would not refund anything!!!  Was my problem.  They nickel & dime us to death, but when its our money they couldnt care less.

Same issue here. eBay charged buyer $10.03 for FedEx Smartpost shipping, but calculated $25.14 when I went to ship. eBay is claiming there was a price increase and dimensional shipping charge, but there is definitely a glitch with the calculator because shipping via regular Fed Ex Home Delivery was only $17.  I had to figure out another means to ship this. Hopefully it is a temporary glitch with the calculator.

I'd cancel, citing "problem with buyers address".  The problem being, it will cost you more to ship to that address than what ebay charged the buyer.

The higher FedEx Smartpost price you paid is the correct price due to dimensional weight.

The glitch is that the calculator that provide prices in search results, the listings, and charges the buyer is not using dimensional weight and is charging based on actual weight.

There are dozens of threads explaining this in detail on the boards.
