I recently had a bad experience with an item not shipped to the correct address or even shipped at all because the shipper or the shipping company would not confirm if it was send to my address on file with PayPal and eBay. Never did receive my purchase. I opened a claim with eBay and received a refund without an explanation of what happened. After leaving a negative feedback for the seller I noticed it was removed shortly after. Why did this happen. eBay customers need to no that this seller has dozens of negative feedback for the very same reason. Is this a policy for eBay?

If your feedback mentioned having to open a claim with eBay to get a refund it would have been removed per eBay policy.
