I had an item listed as Seether Dvd's unknown to me it was originally sold as 2 DVDs and two CDs.Buyer pitched afit contactedcontacted EBay .I offered refund if he shipped it back ,he said no he lived in Columbia.He contacted EBay they gave him his Money-back and he still left the first blemish on my account .can I have negative feedback removed ?

This is buyers Opinion and no, eBay will not remove it. You're the one who made mistake, not buyer. When buyer Informed you there was 2 disks to this set you should have refunded. Good Luck to you.

like when your a teeanager... it's there to stay, and will disappear later...
just take the mistake, but you could send an really nice note with a an official request to revise the feedback to the buyer.... a really nice note.....and hope they feel your pain, and suffering, loss of sleep...
They might reconcider...all depending on hatever was emailled back and forth- during the issue....
but can try..costs nothing to do.

Probably not.
The feedback left was factual. It was your mistake.
You can follow up the feedback with a professional reply like
"I'm sorry, I made a mistake."
Later, maybe their heart will soften and you could make a request to the seller to remove it.
