I shipped a set of motorcycle wheels via Fedex..carefully measured and weigh the shipment..even had lady at Fedex drop off point measure and weigh..I even took a picture of it on the scale as to show true shipping weight...she said it was all good...3 weeks later I get a letter from Ebay about Fedex shipping adjustments..and was consequently charged $356 ..they claim it was 138 lbs ..I have picture on scale showing 45 lbs..I have contacted Ebay 6 times and finally got an incident number, but still no refund..watch out for frees..they did that to me a few years ago and screwed me out of $96..I will probbably be screwed out of the $356..now I cant pay me rent

Billable weight is often reflective of dimensions rather than actual weight. Billable weight is accurately calculated when you enter accurate dimensions and weight on the label purchase page.
You need to look at the reason for the adjustment which may not be weight - it may be additional handling for non-standard packaging. How did you pack the set? Were they in a box?
Check your cost adjustment and expand the section on the bottom right that says "see cost breakdown" and post the details of the cost adjustment and cost breakdown here. Also provide a physical description of the package. That way we'll be able to help determine the reason for the adjustment.

I shipped 2-19” wheels. The wheels took up all the space in the box. Myself and the employee at FedEx measured and weighed the box. 20x20x20. With a weight of 45.45 lbs. I have a picture of box on the scale at FedEx dropofff. The error was on their end. I have not received the return of my money as of today.

Fedex is well known for that. Sounds like the package size triggered that. Packages over the size limit get billed for more weight based on their size.
Some people have been billed over a thousand dollars by them.
