Recently I dropped off a Fedex package and dropped it off at Walgreens. Has anyone ever used dropped off at Walgreens?
My package took 4 days to be picked up and the customer service agent claims that it wasn't picked up due to the fact that at Walgreens locations only 1 type of driver picks up packages per day. For example, I used a ground service. I assumed she means, Ground picks up on Monday, Express Saver shows up Tuesday and so on and forth. Is this true? I cannot find any policy that shows this.

Not at my local Walgreens. However, they do have a specific cut-off time for same day pick-up.
I would call Fedex and get specifics for that location.

It doesn't surprise me. I am a mail carrier and when FedEx makes a mistake and delivers SmartPost for a different location it can take u to a week for them to send a "recovery truck" to collect the miss delivered packages. Unlike UPS, the FedEx delivery driver can not just collect them and get them back in the FedEx system.
