I started selling a product two weeks ago and purchased boxes that fit within the guidelines of the Fedex OneRate service. I received an underpaid label charge on Friday. Upon further investigation, FedEx is mismeasuring the size of these boxes, pushing the box beyond the FedEx OneRate limits.
They're doing this across my eBay and Amazon shipments for the majority of orders.
Based on the two-week delay, and the number of orders I've sent, I'm expecting these fines to be over $10k. These fines range from $60 to over $300. All shipments are the same box/item and domestic.
I've emailed FedEx and Amazon to have them look into this. I've had terrible luck getting ahold of eBay.
Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do next?

Sorry to hear that @betterlawn .
What are the outer box dimensions? (Outer dimensions may be slightly larger than what's printed on the box.)
What is FedEx claiming for box dimensions?
Send a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams to report the problem and ask them to appeal the charges with FedEx: ebayforbusiness on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on X
