I recently received an Ebay invoice and studied it because it looked higher than expected. My closer look revealed what appear to be mathematical errors in the itemization and totals for the items we shipped Fedex.
Here is just one example, excerpted from my June invoice:
Jun 1 11:42:30
Tracking No: 393418024635 Bill Wt: 9.0 LB Freight Amt: $14.10 Fuel Amt: $1.28 Perf Price Disc: $-5.80 Resi Amt: $3.00 224007xxxxxx FedEx Shipping Fee $25.58
The total amount billed for this item was $25.58. When I add up the itemized sub-totals ( $14.10+$1.28+$3.00-$5.80) the total is $12.58. Can someone help me understand what I'm missing here? On this particular invoice there were 14 apparent errors like this one. Thanks

Look for differences between the weight and dimensions you originally claimed, and the final weight and dimensions FedEx determined for each tracking number. Those are your surcharges.
And since you're a sub-letter of the eBay FedEx account, its nearly impossible
