Just google " Fedex Sucks" and see the thousands of complaints posted. If you use Fedex as a carrier you are only hurting your business and your customers. I never use Fedex as a carrier.
They sometimes use contracted delivery personel who do not care if your package gets deivered correctly. I actually find UPS less expensive and was the only carrier not to increase shipping cost this year.
