FedEx is getting crazy. I recently shipped 2 identical packages via ground. My calculations of weight were exact and verified by fed ex. The quote they provided was reasonable. Within 10 days I was charged additional handling charges of both labels which was twice the original price they quoted me. $40 dollars for 2 labels turned into $98 . How can they do this? They should honor what they quoted me. No help or answers from FedEx. No more FedEx shipping for me.
