FedEx does not and will not deliver to my address

FedEx will not deliver to my address. So I have to make sure every order goes through UPS or USPS. But some still get sent through FedEx. Amazon will always deliver to my address, but I greatly prefer to use eBay as the quality of sellers is far greater. I am also unable to communicate with FedEx, "We're unable to retrieve delivery options right now. Please try again later" is the forever response. When I call FedEx, no way to reach a human. So packages get sent back to shipper. This is not good for anyone. Is eBay able to refuse FedEx on my account?

Amazon stopped using FEDEX some years ago.

Some Amazon sellers who fulfill their own orders will use FEDEX.

Many Ebay and Amazon sellers do not welcome orders which require buyer selected shipping carriers. I do not wish to use other than USPS.

I do not reorder from any seller who ships to me FEDEX Ground or Home. The service quality in my area is unacceptable.

No - eBay cannot set your account to not use FedEx.

There are many reasons for this but the #1 reason is eBay doesnt ship anything.

You are shown all shipping options when you by from a seller.

If they dont specify what carrier they use, you should message them 1st and make sure it is not FedEx,

The option you pick at check out and pay for is the option the seller is to use.

Again, if there is no option - message the seller before you buy.
