You have to login an chat with a live agent HERE to get a refund on these adjustments. I don't think they'll actually put you on a refund list unless you ask. I have several adjustments adding over $300 and they said a refund to all of my FedEx label adjustments will be refunded in 5 days. We'll see if that's true.
