FedEx Labels Printing Sideways? USPS works fine! Help!

I use 8.5x11" label sheets that have two labels on them.  Just as the title says - in the eBay shipping label generator, which changed format a few months ago, the USPS labels print normally where I can print two per sheet.  FedEx labels print in portrait mode meaning it prints across two actual labels.  I called eBay and they can't figure it out. I've tried on two different computers and get the same problem so don't think it is a printer setting.  Anyone else have this problem and know the solution?  I can't even find shipping label preferences on the site anymore!

It is probably your printer preferences. You might need to switch between landscape, and portrait printing. Too many different ways to switch that depending on what you are using. Generally on the label printing page if you go to "file" then "print preview" you should be able to fix it from there.

Per the blues they are using "a new api" and it doesn't support rotating the label and hasn't for a year now.  Apparently it's now an "enhancement" to get this changed and they don't seem to be in a hurry.  My last complaints were met with rather rude responses.

@gwzcomps nope, it's "working as designed" according to the blues.  You have to save it and rotate it outside of the browser and then print.  Pathetic.

What I do is take a screenshot of the label.  Then I copy and paste it to a label document I created in MS word that has 2 labels per page.  Then I print it out.  It works and is relatively quick to do.

I agree...Why in the Hell can't ebay get someone to format the FedEx label to print the same way that the USPS labels are printed..with out copying and pasting and editing/rotating the label. The Pitney-Bowes postal system allows to print 2 labels on a standard 8.5 x 11 shipping label sheet. This is fricking riduculous. I have wasted too many adhesive labels trying to print correctly on the label.

COME ON EBAY...GIVE US SOME HELP HERE...WITH ALL YOUR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY, THIS SHOULD BE AN EASY FIX.

I cant make this work either. I typically print the label to pdf then open in Acrobat pro and edit. I select all and then rotate and reposition and enlarge so it fits in the 1/2 page label area. Total pain.

I ordered the clear plastic document envelopes from Fedex.  I use regular paper and slip it into the free clear plastic envelopes and off it goes.
