I am looking for a short cut or link so that I can monitor my claims to Fed-ex shipping insurance. I have started the claim process on several, but found no way to follow up results. I get a message that Ebay does not have that info...but surely there is somewhere I can retrieve results? I have checked my credits ono account summary but see no credit available yet and it is past the time suggested.
