Hello,
I have an international customer interested in purchasing an item from me to be shipped Fed Ex Express to his residence in London, UK by Dec. 25th. I ship internationally using the Global Shipping Program. Ebay is not giving my customer an option to use Fed Ex for his package delivery. I don't understand this? Can anyone shed some light on why Fed Ex may be excluded? Thanks.

My first thought, who is buying anything international and wanting it there in 3 business days. Yes, there are options for quick international delivery, but are they willing to pay $150+ To get it there by their date.
Luckily, Global Shipping is how you set up the listing. There is no going around that setting. Global Shipping is a good option for sellers as once it arrives at the shipping hub in Urlanger, KY, your job as a seller is done. If you ship it any other way, you are responsible for paying the (international) return shipping should the buyer claim the item isn’t as described.

GSP service will never get it there in 3 days more like 3 weeks. They also inspect/open every package. You would have to bypass them and ship directly.

You can ship thru fed Ex, if you go out to one of their shipping places, you get the tracking number and then enter it in the ebay system so you and your buyer can track it. if you know the dimensions of your package and weight, you can go online to check the shipping costs so you know that you're covered. Your buyer will be responsible for customs and vat charges on his end. Also, depending on the size and weight of the pkg. you could ship thru USPS overseas in their expedited, you will have to double check the charges though and you can do that on their website.
Good Luck,
Shar
