Hi all,

so yesterday i bought a red dead redemption 2 game and it said in the description "

Codice download" which translates to download code. But not long after i bought the item i recieved and email containing an account i have to use in order to play the game in offline mode. and nowhere on the page does it express it is an account i have to use because otherwise i wouldnt have bought it.

the seller also has "no returns" displayed, i have emailed them but havnt got a response yet and im wondering am i still available to a refund because it was falsely advertised?

So you purchased a non tangible item?  Those should only have been sold in the EVERYTHING ELSE category.

If you file an Item Not as Described case, you will be required to ship the item back, but since it was a download, you will have nothing to send back with tracking.

also i wasnt given a download i was given an account the game was on which wasnt specified
