Hello. Can you guys please advise me what to do? I am a new seller, sold the first item and it has already reached the destination city, but there were 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver the parcel. Today will be the 3rd delivery attempt. What happens if the courier can not deliver the parcel? The money for the sold item is on hold with the platform as I am a new seller. Can I write or call the buyer? I have already contacted him on eBay but have not received any response.
P.S. The package was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks, but it took a week to arrive

If it the package is undeliverable it will probably be returned to sender. When the item is returned to you, you can refund the buyer purchase price minus the cost shipping.

No, it's not necessary, if the buyer asks, initial shipping costs were spent to ship to an undeliverable address and isn't refundable.

Nothing.
It is the buyers responsibility to have a safe place to have their items delivered.
It will most likely make a month long journey back to.

Message your buyer that their package is at their P.O. for pickup . none priority mail sent back to sender will be charged postage due . The New ground advantage maybe different now .
