FPO, AP

i recently sold an item to a FPO, AP 96377 address. when creating the shipping label, it keeps saying shipping address not supported yet. is there an issue because of covid-19

My experience has been that many FPO addresses require a customs form and need to have the postage generated at a post office as they will ask if any prohibited items such as tobacco products are in the parcel. 

TIP: the FPO destination may be in a country that prohibits the import of certain items.

thanks, i’ll go to the post office tomorrow and speak to them if i can’t create the label on ebay
