FEEDBACK

How should I address this  feed back left  for  me. I mail it on time . Some how the package went L.A.  first  them to   in TWIN FALLS, ID  where the buyer lives. I have no  control over the post office . They gave  me a Neutral  on this auction

This is the second time I’ve purchased from this seller and both times the item came exactly as advertised so I’d recommend the seller on that basis. Only difference this time was the shipping took quite a bit longer.

Thank You.

Your feedback percentage is 100% - neutrals don't lower the percentage.  In all honesty I would NOT reply.  Most buyers will just glance at the feedback percentage and if they see 100% they won't bother to look further.   If they DO look further, the grey neut is so light they would most likely  miss it UNLESS you reply to it, and then it would stick out like a sore thumb. Sometimes silence is golden.

Just my opinion.

I kind of like the read... repeat customer and all praising 'exactly as advertised'. Don't react... publicity's free. 😉

FEEDBACK

I had a buyer that gave me positive feedback...but gave me a low score on delivery time...my first low score...I had a 0.00 no problems until this buyer gave me a low score. Was it a mistake? I don't know. But item arrived well before estimated delivery time. Sellers can look to see who gave them a low score on delivery...I didn't know this. Am I going to block this buyer? I don't know.

I just mailed a package out today where buyer had wrong zip code on it from eBay site. Luckily, post office corrected it for me before it got delivered. I don't do eBay labels for this reason. I have not contacted this buyer and I feel it's not my job too. And I of course took a photo of package with label on it with correction.

It's not a negative so it can't be revised.

You could reply you shipped on time. Slow shipping was not your fault. You don't  deliver the mail,,   something like that.

FEEDBACK

I'm sorry that the buyer wasn't objective. Had roles been reversed, would that person have appreciated being blamed for something That's clearly out of their control?

Unfortunately, some people don't have a clue. I've seen feedback entries many times that do not match the compliment/ complaint. Or, the buyer using the feedback system  to leave a negative review of the item, rather than the exemplary service the seller provided.

Or, as in this case, complaining over shipping times.  Again... Incorrect use of the feedback system to rate the seller.

Again - sorry that happened. Better a neutral than a neg, but lousy nevertheless.
