FEDEX SHIPPING OVERCHARGES NOT SOLVED!

On 3/27 and 4/4, I received notifications of multiple overcharges for underpaid shipping. It was completely bogus. We round up on every package. I kept reading that it would be solved in 5 business days. I am yet to receive credits for any of the charges. I can't even see all of the overcharges because at the bottom of the email, it says click here for more charges. The link doesn't take me to more charges. I have at least 15 and haven't received a refund on any of them. devon@ebay What can I do?

I still have 3 from the first week that have not been credited back. I received credit for 4 others and 2 from the second week. Not sure what order they are going in here. I guess I will have to call in again to find out...

I'm still sitting on 5 or 6 FedEx adjustments that haven't been credited, which is really unfortunate because I genuinely like using their services. The impact has been huge for me because each adjustment has been in the $30-$40 range. 

In the future, when I choose between UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ship bulkier items it will just be a no-brainer that I'll never use FedEx again. I just can't take the risk of this happening again.

I 100% agree. I haven't used Fedex in 2 weeks. My average adjustment is probably $15 and I have like 15 of them that haven't been credited. That is a lot of money for a small business like me to have taken away. I am paying a couple dollars more to use UPS also, but I am not taking the risk.

I actually had a FedEx rep call me yesterday to inquire why I have not been using my account.

I told him they never matched the eBay FedEx pricing and then filled him in on what has been transpiring on eBay with the random up charges happening on eBay.

One of the reasons I would never use FedEx in the 1st place as we have been hearing the same stories for years though FedEx seems to have reached a pinnacle for running this upcharge scam.

I have never had an upcharge from UPS and if I did it would probably be my fault.

FedEx is the sloppiest carrier out there. Best of luck to all recovering your funds.
