I have been using FEDEX to ship since it seemed so easy and cheaper. I just noticed that they are over charging me by pounds and dimensions. A 17lb item being charged as 47 pounds which then has increased my prepaid amount by more than $50. This is super crazy. How are they allowed to do this? This is super annoying and is making me not want to use Ebay any longer if this is what they allow and condone.
Correction: It is not PP UPS shipping that I use, It is stamps. com. I use PP for many reasons but not for shipping. I have been told that Pirate Ship offers the same UPS deal, and the one time I checked the price was identical to stamps.com.
I also was overcharged about my packages' weight from FedEX although the carriers reported those are not wrong??? 5 packages x $35.95 = $179.75 (double price that I had paid) . All of them was exactly their dimension and weight. Who will resolve this case? I really panic when I think of the name FedEX .
