Extra charge for shipping label?

Hi, I noticed on my two most recent shipments that there is an extra charge for them in my transactions, basically ate up all of the profit from each item.

Anyone know what this extra charge is for?

WHAT extra charge. I only see one charge on each of the 2 labels. You say "two most recent shipments" BUT I can't help but notice that the weight on each of the 2 labels is different even though the item info and tracking number on each of the labels is the same. Why did you print 2 labels with the same info and tracking but different weights?

Also why would the HEAVIER shipping weight be cheaper?

Looks like the second one is an additional charge for the volumetric equivalent rate. In the US (you're on the .com not the .ca boards) that would be considered dimensional weight and is tacked on when the package is over a certain size/volume.
