Hi Guys,

I listed some hobby level RC equipments for auction and found some bids from Ukraine and Pakistan.

I reside in US and these are FCC approved equipments ( said no to use in EU). Is there any ebay filter to allow or omit these buyer if it cause problem? Otherwise, do I have to check if shipping these equipment is OK myself?

When you list your items you can exclude countries you wish not to ship to. 
You can cancel the bids if the auction is still running or if one of them wins you can cancel as problem with buyers address. 
If you wish you can add them to your BBL so they don’t attempt to bid again.
