Experience in returning an item as a Guest!

As a Guest, I ordered a TV spare part from a Seller called hotpriceparts. The spare part was not useful and hence I requested to return it for a refund. I received the Shipping Label details from the Seller but was unable to access it. I requested the Seller for help but he refused. Unfortunately inspite of all my efforts I could not  get thru to eBay customer service. Can someone help me with the contact details (preferably email) of the eBay customer service?Thanks!
