Expected delivery/handling times changed

I buy from this seller often and always wait patiently as they have a 10 day handling time. I am aware of this when purchasing.

I purchased 2 auctions, 2/3 (paid 2/3) and 2/4 (paid 2/5). Both had the same estimated delivery when I bid, I am almost positive. Now one says 10 days, the other 15. Neither of which has shipped out.

I messaged the seller for an estimated ship date, no response. That's not the issue though, just curious how the timeframe changed?

Is that possible or did I bid just after the seller updated terms?

You may want to go to your seller's feedback page to find out where the items are coming from.  You may have thought you ordered from the US but they are actually based in China.  This would explain the difference in the eta.

I do not order from China but made that mistake in December.  It said items were  located in the US.  It was only after the delivery date passed and I made a claim a few days for INR that I found out the seller was in China.  Ebay made me wait it out for 10 days longer because it stated in the case package was enroute.  It was when I went to the seller's feedback that I realized they loved in China.

Oh the dreaded "I am actually in China" seller! We have all been there. This seller is definitely in the US. Great seller btw, so I think they have volume large enough to require 10 days. I was just curious about the 15 day change on the following day auction end. 

I just checked and now new auctions have a 5 day timeframe. Maybe they are making adjustments daily.  A little discouraged that the 10 business days have passed, but hopeful it will get shipped out. If I could find another vendor with the same amount of inventory and pricing, I would probably shop elsewhere because it takes close to a month to actually get items, but the prices are unbeatable.
