"Error creating label: We could not complete the payment with PayPal. Please contact PayPal directly for more information."

I get this message for more than a year and I'm not able to print shipping labels from my ebay account, I have to do it from my paypal. 

I already tried with a different browsers and verifying all my paypal information including credit cards, etc

I spent hours at the phone with paypal and ebay and they can't give me a solution. 

Does somebody has the same problem?

Do you have enough balance (in "cash") at PayPal to cover the label(s), and is "eBay Inc/Shipping" on that preapproved list at PayPal?

Time to switch to pirateship.com, free for everybody, import sales from ebay, post back tracking numbers, real customer service + chat, reliable site, stop wasting time on something that is not working.
