Error creating label: Sorry, something went wrong and we could not work out the reason.

Only giving me PayPal as a payment option even though I have been on Managed Payments for a week and have funds in both Available and Pending. Tried several times, and found no success of being able to purchase a label. 

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes.  I got the same error.  I called ebay and they didn't have a solution or a workaround.    I used PayPal.com/shipnow to create labels manually as an interim solution.

I tried printing a label, got the "ERROR" message that label couldn't print.  Noticed it switched back to Paypal as payment method.  Immediately got a notice from Paypal that the Label amount was charged to my account, but no label available in Ebay or an option to cancel the label.   Any idea on how to get that amount refunded?
