Error Message when I tried to print an International Shipping Label

Today when I tried to print two different International Shipping Labels, I received an error message preventing me from printing the labels. Anyone else having this problem today??

Join the party. No one can. Try USPS.com and stamps.com which work. No word from eBay except “we’re working on it”. 

Be be aware that you’ll pay retail rates if you use USPS.com.

Thanks, I also have a Stamps.com account and just printed my labels with them.
