I've been trying to print an International shipping label  but keep receiving an error message.  Is this something new?  I didn't have this problem last week.  Is there a work around this problem?

I am having the same problem,  I'm guessing it is due to the postage increase.

USPS rate changes go into effect today (1/21/18) so things are in flux. Give it time and it should settle down.

Hello!

I have been going through the same frustration all day. I have a customer in Australia and I have not been able to print their shipping label.  After much frustration, I discovered this:

"Starting January 21st, 2018, the USPS is no longer allowing First Class Mail International (FCMI) service using the Large Envelope/Flat package type to ship anything but Documents. For any content type other than Documents, the USPS will now require shipments to use the package type of Package. " 

We now have to use USPS Priority International 

Also, this means we all need to change the settings on our international shipping unless it is actually a document!

No, that means you can no longer ship non-documents (merchandise) as a cheaper flat (FCMI), and need to ship using the more expensive First Class Package International Service (FCPIS) instead. A change forced by the UPU.

Or you can look into the program stamps.com is offering to permit continued use of flats as before.

Someone posted a blurb from Endicia that indicated they may be offering something similar, but I have no further links or leads (Endicia website blows and I gave up)

The Stamps Global Advantage program seems to be having some hiccups - a couple of posters in this PS board thread enrolled and there are some issues that need to get ironed out.
