Where is the ability to message ebay? I followed their suggestions and nothing. No help. They don't take calls, they just give you options that don't match my question. Then they hang up. Now I know we are in hard times. But if they are existing as a company than they need to act like a company, not like a garage sale. They, ebay, take their share of the pie and leave you like a dangling participle. W
