Ebay wont send return label

I bought an item and need to return it. The seller accepted my return and paid for a label. I got the emails and attempted to print the label but theres no label to print. Every time i go to print label on many different ways it re directs me to the same details screen that has no label. The seller said i cant just mail it back to him cause hell get banned. So i guess im stuck disputing it with my bank cause ebay has no way to get a hold of them yet they out time restraints on returns to get money back. Can you say scam. Thats how i feel today. Scammed.

You certainly could mail it back on your dime.  If the label is never used the seller is not charged.  However I don't know if the seller can refund you the cost to mail it back.

Next to the Print button, click the Email button instead @anfabu0 to get your return label by email instead.

If that doesn't work, send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and ask eBay to try opening your return label themselves.

Why were you getting a return label through email?

Why don't you print it from the return?
