Ebay trading card ship label will not give option in ship label area to buy

I cannot get the standard sports card label to open / only first class

Does the weight exceed the limit? Does the price exceed the limit? Did you choose package instead of letter? Is your item a non-sports card, and not a true sports card? Is the correct category selected?

The standard envelope only works in certain categories.  Those cards need to be listed in sub category Sports Trading Cards rather than Fan Apparel.
