I've made about a dozen online purchases in the past 2 months, including about 6-8 of those on ebay. Recieved them all on time in about 2-3 weeks. Except for three packages.
Three items shipped with ebay send in the US to Canada. All of them - reach first facility and immediately tell me the package will be late. The estimation time of delivery is between nearly 20-30 days after the items shipped, which is already longer than any of the other packages took.
One of the items has been stuck in compton for 15 days without any updates. Another has been to 5 different facilities, all of them labelled as N/A and it also hasn't been updated in about 15 days. The last one just reached the compton facility this weekend (oh goody).
Fed-X, Ups and multiple carriers get me items from the states in about 10-15 days with flawless tracking. Ebay send tracking is pretty much non-existent why would you pay for that. Plus it's taking longer than 2x the wait.

Don't understand your post. There is no such thing as "eBay send tracking".
eBay does not ship anything.

Lots of buyer have reported problems with USPS/Canada Post packages getting clogged at the border. With the borders closed to shoppers (not packages), my guess is that the postal systems have gotten overwhelmed with a huge surge in packages.
