Ebay return / paypal account

Hey

i have a case that its going on for a while, and now i have to create a new paypal account to send the return shipping funds. But i already have a main paypal account where my card and my bank details are. The seller for some reason cant send funds to my main paypal. Ebay asked to use a friend’s or a family member’s paypal account or create a new paypal account. I dont know anybody who uses paypal, and if i create a new one i have to verify that right? But verifying needs a bank account and i cant attach one bank account to 2 paypal accounts. I cant pay with paypal in the post im shipping so i have to withdraw the sent funds to my card to be able to buy the return ahipping label. How can i withdraw the funds from my secondary paypal account? Or is there any way to skip the secondary paypal stuff because its too complicated?

Ignoring your seller's fake excuse @kekiba64 you don't need a bank account on your second PayPal account with A SECOND EMAIL ADDRESS.

Then just use Send Money to send the funds to THE EMAIL ADDRESS of your first PayPal account.

But for some reason, the seller says cant send money to my main paypal account, where my bank account attached to that. I need a bank account to withdraw the funds to credit card or cash since i cant pay with paypal in the post. Ebay asked me to create a new account where my funds will be sent, but the problem is that even if the money will be sent to the secondary account i cant use it since i cant pay with paypal, and i need to withdraw to my bank account but i cant attach it. What should i do?
