Ebay duplicate shipping labels are not being refunded unless you call customer service or manually void the duplicate. I have talked to customer support multiple times and the agents all say it’s the sellers responsibility to request a refund. This is a common issue when you go to ship and print shipping labels. Their program may not print the label and then you hit print a second time or third time. Sometimes it’s your printer or a paper jam and you go and print again. Well only one label printed so you think nothing of it. Then you fail to check your payments to eBay for that shipment but eBay charges you twice for the same shipment. eBay will keep your duplicate payment and never notify you. They have the ability to audit every order for duplicate shipping labels but refuse to refund on their own. Also they charge their fee twice on shipping charges. Think about 130 million people buying and selling thousands of times daily. Do you think eBay is making $millions on sellers that double or triple pay for shipping labels each year. Also USPS doesn’t refund duplicate labels nor does FedEx! eBay refuses to dispute undercharged shipping charges that eBay is billing you after USPS charges them. You have to contact USPS or FedEx directly for a refund while eBay takes the money from your funds.
Also eBay keeps their commissions on your shipping charges even when you accidentally create a duplicate labels. USPS added shipping charges two weeks after my customer in Alaska received the shipment. I always weigh every shipment and measure the box before processing the order. eBay calculated the freight charge and deducted it from my account. I found a charge by eBay for undervalued shipping by USPS over two weeks had passed. Imagine eBay calculated the shipping charges based on the exact weight and dimensions provided. So either eBay miscalculated or USPS made a mistake. No notice from eBay or explanation just deducted from my account again. Now I have to contact USPS and dispute the undervalue charge. Sellers beware eBay is overcharging you on shipping and taking a commission for doing nothing. In the process sellers are not receiving any refunds on duplicate labels nor their fees.

Ebay has never refunded shipping labels unless you cancel them, and then the request is handled by the carrier.
As for adjustment charges, they are carrier generated, and often a failure to list proper dimensions or weight. Some boxes used by Ebay sellers will change shape or size when shipped, not all sellers use brand new cartons with appropriate ratings. There are also some carrier errors which occur when multiple packages end up on the scale together.

They're not supposed to.
YOU are supposed to cancel/void any duplicate labels that you made, then you will be refunded (if the label has not been used).

When you reprint a 2 or 3 third label....check to see if barcode is the same. If it is the same, you don't have to worry...you don't get charged for reprinting "exact same label".
If barcode is different...that means you were charged twice. In that case, Seller is responsible to cancel duplicate labels. Go to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABELS (click CANCEL LABEL). USPS usually takes several weeks to send a refund to your EBAY account.
