Did you mean:

Ebay lied to me once again..done with them.

Too absolutely sick of them to describe the circumstances..but after.21 years of selling..I am done, its a shame that such a great concept has turned this compay into the sham that it is.

Ebay lied to me once again..done with them.

And just like that, the competition is getting smaller and smaller as they leave.

Stomping out - just like that? Without explaining why?

   Oh, well... Good Luck!

If you're going to another online sales venue, I hope you at leas give yourself the option to return after you find that the grass is not at all greener, as some others have returned after discovering that other sites have even more undesirable policies - If, in fact, Ebay's policies were the reason to leave.

I think I know what is going on here with the rise in defections that have been happening lately: Ebay is sticking to their new policies and letting the dust settle to see who wants to stay, who doesn't, and who wants to get over the "good ol' times" of PayPal, which are now history. After all, it is Ebay's sandbox, and they make the rules. Even though very angry and vocal, the loss of sellers is so small, that I don't believe that Ebay cares. Those of us that remain have already accepted, adjusted, and adapted to the changes, and the influx of new sellers will, too. Sort of a clearing of the air and resetting the playing field upon coming back after halftime is over.

The only thing that I believe Ebay really  needs to immediately change is their Customer Service, which is an identity crisis, has reps that are not properly trained, do not speak with one voice, have no authority to make changes on their own, tell people what they want to hear just to get them off the phone, and many are very difficult to understand because they are not US-based. This leaves some sellers having to waste their time and energy on the phone,  playing detective, filing police and USPS and FBI reports, in order to reverse some really dumb buyer refunds that Ebay should have never made.

Perhaps that is what the OP is PO'd about. But we'll never know, unless she/he comes back to this thread to explain.

Cheers, Duffy
