Facts:
I ship internationally worldwide always registered, signed for, traceable.
I always keep receipt as proof. Should it be covered with seller protection? Reply is "no".
Problem:
Ebay supports outbound USPS but International Post is not accepted shipping service, even when there is not any other shipping options available.
When public tracking info from Estonia to France is available online, Ebay agents don't accept this as proof.
I have also uploaded shipping receipts to Ebay messaging center but no help.
All buyer claims are closed to seller loss with decision "No shipping proof available".
Result:
When seller is capable to track shipment but buyer claims item not receieved, Ebay seller protection isn't available. Ebay refunds to buyer and Ebay also keeps seller fees!
My conclusion is that Ebay is too complicated to understand, to sell safely and to trust.
