Ebay app not automatically entering tracking info

I always print labels from my phone. It automatically inputs the tracking number. For some reason starting last night it stopped doing that. I had to go back and retrieve the tracking number from the PayPal transaction and input it that way. Help!!

You may want to try Discussion Boards - choose mobile android or mobile iOS.

It may be a glitch, maybe someone on one of those boards can help. Good Luck

This is also happening on my home computer.  Not just the phone app.

Even after I have manually entered my tracking #'s, they are still not appearing.

I also came here to see if anyone else was having these same problems.  This also just started last night.

Someone may be along here if a similar issue has happened. It may be a glitch on both, laptop and phone.

I have the same issue. Absolutely nothing showing for shipping on an item I sent out 2 days ago in ebay.

When I input it into the USPS site it shows up

One other glitch I am having is in my ebay messages. I got a message from a buyer and I have answered it 2 times now and it keeps showing that I have a message and I need to reply. So, as usual something is going on.

Actually that's an old (as in "years") coding error that will probably never get fixed. Depending on exactly how you opened the message to send your response, it may or may not decrement its Pending Messages counter, causing it to keep bugging you about unread messages.

Best you can do is to go to your Messages tab and open any unread messages there (even if they're just a duplicate of what you have already read via a current listing) to clear their Unread status. If you're still seeing a bright red Question banner on any listing (on My eBay) that you know you have responded to, use the Other Actions pulldown menu on the right end of that listing row to find the Mark as Answered option, and click on that. You should have no more alerts staring at you after that.
