The majority of the cards I've sold with ESE have never had their tracking updated. I asked my local post office, I'm lucky they are helpful and very nice, but they know nothing of how the tracking system works with the numbers ebay is generating. I've had phone conversations and chat with support and no one seems to have any idea. I've had a few cards be claimed as lost and had to give refunds, but when I try to access the coverage I'm told there is no tracking provided. It seems like a catch 22. Anyone else having this issue with ESE? Thanks

This is a chronic problem that has received a lot of attention on ebay boards, but ebay seems to be turning a blind eye. Don't ship via ESE unless you're willing to risk having to give the seller a full refund and eat the postage cost.
