Want to see if anyone else is having this issue or knows a solution. This was my first time selling Pokémon cards so I spoke with Ebay customer service and they provided me with a list of all the categories eligible for the standard envelope. Out of that list I selected (Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Mixed Card Lots). The first lot I sold was 14 cards for $11.05, and the second was 10 cards for $4.05. When I went to purchase the label, the Ebay Standard Envelope was greyed out. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong, or has had the same issue?

@mabrul_0 - eBay keeps saying this has been fixed, but I keep seeing reports like yours so it definitely seems like something may be off here.
In addition to the 15 card limit, there is also a weight limit - was the weight on your shipments less than 3 oz? Do the dimensions of the envelope fit the requirements of no smaller than 3.5” x 5”, no larger than 6.125” x 11.5” and no thicker than .25”?

I had the dimensions as 7x4x1, and tried re-ordering them to see if that made a difference to 7x1x4, or 4x7x1, and that didn't fix it, and I had my weight right at 3oz. I also tried 7x4x0 for size since it doesn't let me enter decimals and 1" is technical over the limit.

devon@ebay - just tagging you in here for another report that standard envelope is not working in Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Mixed Card Lots

I don’t think that standard envelope ever works in the ‘lots’ category, just in the single card category.

@pjcdn2005 there seems to have been a lot of confusion about this one.
There's nothing in the FAQ about standard envelope that says it wouldn't apply to lots or that it only applies to single cards - in fact the FAQ says it can be used for up to 15 raw cards, so logically you would think it *should* apply to lots, as long as there aren't more than 15 cards in the lot.
I've heard from other trading card sellers that it used to work for lots at one point and then stopped.
My suspicion on that was maybe when eBay shuffled some categories around at some point they just forgot to enable standard envelope for whatever the new category was (I think this also happened at one point with postcards).
So I had asked Velvet to look into it previously and on August 11, she said:
Hi everyone! I have great news...the shipping team was able to get this pushed through sooner than expected so you should once again see this option for the Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Mixed Card Lots.
Then there was another report on August 22nd from someone who said they couldn't use it for lots and again Devon confirmed it's supposed to be available as long as the weight and size qualifies.
I heard back from the Shipping Team and they did confirm that eBay standard envelope is live for the Mixed Card Lots category. They did mention this as well:
"The item weight would need to be 3 oz or less in order for eSE to be an option for label printing
So the shipping team keeps saying it should be available but sellers keep finding out it's not when they try to print a label - not sure where the mix up is but I hope eBay can get it figured out soon.

I spoke with customer service two days ago and they emailed me a list of all categories that do work and the lots category was included.
